Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using P4 Packing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

P4 Packing is an AI-powered 3D bin packing optimization service provided by P4 Software, a division of Grupo Barrdega. The service includes a REST API, interactive Sandbox, and related tools.

Free Tier

The free tier is available to all users without an API key and includes the following limitations:

• 10 requests per minute, 1 concurrent request
• 5-second timeout per request
• Results stored for 30 days
• Provided "as is" without warranty or SLA

Commercial Tier

Commercial API keys unlock higher limits and additional features:

• Higher rate limits and concurrent requests per your plan
• Extended result retention per your plan
• Email and chat support with SLA

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse or overload the service beyond your plan limits
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the packing algorithms
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or authentication

Limitation of Liability

P4 Software / Grupo Barrdega shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

P4 Packing is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of packing results for any particular purpose. Use at your own discretion.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.
