• Free tier: Pack results are automatically deleted after 30 days.
• Commercial tier: Retention period is determined by your plan.
• Contact submissions: Retained for up to 2 years for follow-up and record keeping.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data:

• All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS
• API keys are hashed with SHA-256 and never stored in plaintext
• Data stored on Azure with enterprise-grade security

Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We may share aggregate, anonymized usage statistics. We use Azure for hosting and Stripe for payment processing.

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: Request a copy of your data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data.
